Don’t worry! Brightwheel is the secure platform we use for registration, forms, communication, attendance, and billing. Creating an account is free and only takes a few minutes.\nWe are excited to welcome your family to Heritage Explorers Summer Camp!\nTo help ensure a smooth registration process, please follow the steps below:\nStep 1: Submit an Enrollment Request\nClick the registration link and either sign in to your existing Brightwheel account or create a free account if you are new to Brightwheel.\nOnce logged in, complete and submit the Enrollment Request for your child.\nStep 2: Enrollment Review\nOur team will review your enrollment request and verify availability for your child’s age group and selected camp weeks.\nPlease note that submitting an enrollment request does not guarantee enrollment.\nStep 3: Enrollment Approval\nIf space is available, your child will be approved for enrollment and you will receive access to the next step of the registration process.\nStep 4: Complete Required Forms\nOnce approved, families will receive the Parent Handbook and all required enrollment forms, including:\n\nEmergency Contact Information\nMedical & Allergy Information\nPick-Up Authorization Forms\nPhoto Release Forms\nCamp Policies & Procedures\nAdditional Camp Information\n\nAll required forms must be completed before enrollment can be finalized.\nStep 5: Invoice & Payment\nAfter all enrollment forms have been completed and submitted, an invoice will be issued for the selected camp weeks.\nFamilies may choose to pay in full or select an approved payment plan if available.\nStep 6: Enrollment Complete\nYour child’s spot is officially reserved once:\n\nEnrollment has been approved\nRequired forms have been submitted\nThe first payment has been received\n\nAt that point, your camper is officially registered and ready for an exciting summer adventure!\nIf you have any questions throughout the registration process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
