Mary Fielding Smith Home

Mary Fielding Smith, a single mother of several children, settled south of Salt Lake City, UT and built this cabin for her 40-acre farm. The hardships of frontier life and sickness contributed to her death in 1852, but she is remembered as a fiercely independent and capable woman.
