Event Coordinators
We are looking for Event Coordinators to join our Event Department. If you enjoy helping people organize important milestones, This Is The Place for you! This is an entry-level, part-time, hourly position. You must be able to help facilitate and organize a successful wedding, corporate event, party, reunion, or memorial service. This is a great position for college students, or anyone else looking for part-time work in the exciting events industry!

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for people who are problem solvers, dependable, punctual, cheerful and have excellent customer service skills. Applicants must have knowledge of audio visual equipment, experience in Event Planning and some knowledge of Quickbooks. This position may involve light physical work and includes weekends and evenings.
Infrastructure Positions
1. Part-Time Custodian & Event Liaison - We are looking for someone to help with event set up/take down and custodial work to join our team ASAP.
This is a part-time position and consists of about 20 hours a week, including weekends. In this position, employees will be working in our brand new visitor center, the Pioneer Center as well as event buildings like The Garden Place. Mornings or evenings are preferred, but we are flexible and can work with your schedule! Applicants need to be able to work well with others, be courteous to the public, and be able to work unsupervised efficiently.
2. Part-Time Garden Maintenance - We are currently looking for a reliable individual to handle all of our summer flowerpot and flower garden watering/weeding. This position is a part time position, flexible start time (early mornings preferred). Must be a motivated self-starter, as the watering duties must be completed every day, regardless of other staff attendance or non-attendance. Must be at least 21 years old and a competent and safe driver, as you will be driving a company owned vehicle to and from watering locations around a park facility.
3. Part-time Landscaping/Maintenance Helpers - Individuals will need to be able to operate standard landscaping equipment: i.e. lawnmowers, trimmers as well as be willing to help with a variety of light maintenance tasks including moving tables and chairs. Must be able to efficiently work unsupervised and be able to lift 20lbs above your head. Some experience preferred.
