Heber C. Kimball Home

  • Built in Salt Lake City, Utah 1860
  • Replicated in 2002

The original Heber C. Kimball home was located on a ten-acre lot in Salt Lake City on the northeast corner of North Temple and Main Street. Surrounding the original home was a nine-foot high stone wall which was built by recent immigrants who needed work. Among many achievements, Heber C. Kimball aided in supervising the British Mission, acted as a counselor to Brigham Young, and served on Utah's Territorial Legislature. The Park's replica was funded and built by descendants of Heber C. Kimball.
