Huntsman Hotel

Gabriel and Eunice Huntsman built the original Huntsman Hotel in Fillmore, UT as accommodations for travelers in need of food and rest. Considered one of the territory’s finest hotels, the Huntsman boasted 24 rooms with many prominent visitors in its history.

Did you know? President Brigham Young, Wilford Woodruff, Lorenzo Snow, and many other church dignitaries stayed at the Huntsman Hotel on their way to southern Utah.
