Huntsman Hotel

  • Built in Fillmore, Utah 1872

  • Replicated in 1996

The original Huntsman Hotel, built by Gabriel and Eunice Huntsman, provided comfort, relief, and refreshment to hundreds of weary travelers in its 24 rooms, full-length porches, fine dining room, and barbershop. It was one of the territory's largest and most luxurious hotels and used by many dignitaries. This reconstruction is smaller than the original, having fewer rooms and less square footage.
